1. Download the Call for Entry Package with complete directions.
2. Fill out the online Entry Form with all contact information, credits and more. If you have more than 10 entries, you will need to fill out multiple forms:

3. Download and print the entry identification labels and attach to each entry. Prepare entries according to the SPECs found on pg 2 of the directions.
4. Email a pdf or jpeg representation of your entry to 100Show@lgda.org for the multimedia presentation at the 100 Show Awards Ceremony. Under 3MB please.
5. Do the Math. Total your entries and add your membership dues as necessary. Cash, Checks, Visa and Mastercard accepted.
6. Drop-off Entries at Via Studio on Thursday, October 13 - Late Entries accepted on Friday, October 14. Times and address listed below.
7. Mark your calendars for the Pre-Show on Thursday, October 20 & the 22nd Annual 100 Show Awards Ceremony on Friday, December 9, 2011.
